HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
For all orders shipping within the continental US, we offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING! If you need your item(s) sooner, please select one of the expedited shipping options during checkout.

HOW FAST ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?
We process all orders within 24 hours of order placement. Our warehouse is open Monday – Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY DOMESTIC ORDER ARRIVE?
Depending on your location, it can take anywhere from 3-7 business days for a domestic order to arrive via the free ground shipping method. You can upgrade to Two Day or Overnight Shipping if you need it faster...

For orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, please select either the Two Day or Overnight option.
Delivery time is not guaranteed and may take an extra 1-2 days depending on where you’re located.
If you select and pay for one of the expedited shipping methods, please note we are unable to credit back the shipping fees in the case of a return or refund.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses at this time.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
During checkout, please double check your shipping address to make sure it’s correct. Once your order is placed, you’re unable to change the delivery address. We are also unable to reroute a package that has already shipped. Orders that are bounced or returned because of an invalid address will be charged a $15 restocking fee. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
WILL I BE CHARGED TAX ON MY PURCHASE?
Prices on the site do not include sales tax. Sales tax will only be charged at checkout for orders with a delivery address within the State of California.
WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
We have recently partnered with Afterpay, a third party payment service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal, interest-free installments made every two weeks. If you choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout, you will be required to make your first payment installment at time of checkout, with the remaining three payments deducted from your chosen payment method automatically every two weeks thereafter. If you fail to make a payment, Afterpay will charge an $8 late payment fee plus an additional $8 fee if the missed payment is not made within seven days. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order amount.
Like any other order on our site, Afterpay purchases are eligible for the same shipping and return terms as orders processed with other payment methods.
Afterpay is only available to customers with a billing address and mobile phone number within the USA. MONOGRAM gift cards are not eligible for purchase with Afterpay.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, your order's tracking number will be sent to you once the order ships. In addition, you will receive an "out for delivery" email so you know when to expect it. Please carefully track your package to ensure safe delivery as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?
Yes, as of April 2018, we now ship to destinations all around the world! Here's some helpful information about our international order policy:
All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority International. We charge a flat shipping rate per country, which will automatically be added to your order at checkout once a delivery country is selected. Depending on your location, it could take anywhere from 6-10 business days for an order to arrive.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes billed by the destination country's customs department. You, the buyer, are responsible for paying all customs and duties associated with your order. Each country has different customs and duties requirements. The duties charged and any customs delays are completely out of our control. For more information, please visit your country's custom department website.
Please note all international orders are final sale. We do not offer returns on international orders at this time. For more information, please see the Returns section below.
WHAT’S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent an order confirmation email, which will include the tracking number for your package. You can contact email@example.com anytime if you need additional help.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
For domestic orders, we accept returns for items in new condition – UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, UNWASHED – with original tags attached. Please note small makeup stains are considered damaged, so be careful when trying on your items. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Returns are FREE! Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used when you made the purchase.
All international orders are final sale. We do not offer returns on international orders at this time.
HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING FROM MY DOMESTIC ORDER?
We include a prepaid UPS return label with your order to make it easy for you to send it back. If you wish to return an item(s), please fill out the return slip and place it in a box with your item(s). Stick the prepaid label on the box then drop off the box with any UPS drop-off center. Remember to keep a record of your return's tracking number in case UPS is unable to locate it.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Once we receive the returned box and confirm the item is unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, please allow at least 7 business days for your return to be processed. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used when you made the original purchase. We’ll send you an email once we’ve processed your refund. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
WHAT IF SOMETHING I ORDERED ARRIVED DAMAGED?
Email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org. We might ask you to provide some photos or ask to see the product in person so we can check out the issue before making a decision. If we confirm the damage, we will cover the cost of returning your item to us so it can be replaced or refunded.
If your international order arrived and the product is damaged or defective in any way, please immediately email email@example.com.
HOW CAN I DO AN EXCHANGE?
We’re unable to process exchanges right now. If you would like to exchange an item(s), please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
If we ship your order and it bounces back to our warehouse for any reason, we will charge a $10 restocking fee and put your item(s) back in stock.
