SHIPPING

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders within the continental US! If you need your item(s) sooner, please select one of the expedited shipping options during checkout.

HOW FAST ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?
We process all orders within 24 hours of order placement. Our warehouse is open Monday – Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Depending on your location, it can take anywhere from 3-7 business days for an order to arrive via the free ground shipping method. You can upgrade to Two Day or Overnight Shipping if you need it faster...

For orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, please select the Two Day option.

Delivery time is not guaranteed and may take an extra 1-2 days depending on where you’re located. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

During checkout, please double check your shipping address to make sure it’s correct. Once your order is placed, you’re unable to change the delivery address. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to all 50 states in the USA. At this time, we do not ship to any international locations, PO Boxes, or military addresses.

WILL I BE CHARGED TAX ON MY PURCHASE?
Prices on the site do not include sales tax. Sales tax will only be charged at checkout for orders with a delivery address within the State of New York.

WHAT’S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent an order confirmation email, which will include the tracking number for your package. You can contact hello@monogramstudio.com anytime if you need additional help.


RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns for items in new condition – UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, UNWASHED – with original tags attached. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Returns are FREE! Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING FROM MY ORDER?
We include a prepaid UPS return label with your order to make it easy for you to send it back. If you wish to return an item(s), please fill out the return slip and place it in a box with your item(s). Stick the prepaid label on the box then drop off the box with any UPS drop-off center.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Once we receive the returned box and confirm the item is unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, please allow at least 5 business days for your return to be processed. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email once we’ve processed your refund. We cannot refund a lost re- turn that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

WHAT IF SOMETHING I ORDERED ARRIVED DAMAGED?
Email us right away at hello@monogramstudio.com. We might ask you to provide some photos or ask to see the product in person so we can check out the issue before making a decision. If we confirm the damage, we will cover the cost of returning your item to us so it can be replaced or refunded.

HOW CAN I DO AN EXCHANGE?
We’re unable to process exchanges right now. If you would like to exchange an item(s), please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

BOUNCED ORDERS
If we ship your order and it bounces back to our warehouse, we will charge a $10.00 restocking fee and put your item(s) back in stock.
